McLean Wins Puppet of the Year Award

Haldimand County Detachment Commander, Inspector Dave McLean has been named Officer of the Year at the OPP’s elite Accolade Awards. But Wait! Isn’t this the officer who is doing exactly Julian Fantino’s Bidding in Caledonia? Who is protecting the terrorists occupying DCE? Who refuses to arrest terrorists in Caledonia who are assaulting citizens; but when the citizens have finally had enough, and they protest in reaction, he tells his fellow citizens to get off the road or be arrested?

“The award goes to a person who demonstrates an outstanding level of accomplishment within their community and exemplifies themself as an exceptional role model who consistently demonstrates pride in policing.”

So an “officer of the year” can balk at a judge’s orders to appear in court? I wonder if I skipped out on a subpoena if I would get the chance to be Citizen of the Year in Norfolk.

Seriously, All that happened last night is the OPP turned their award, which is meant to honour officers of valour and service into a cheap political shot. It is now merely an endorsement from the crony running the OPP, Mr. Fantino.

Well thanks for giving McLean the atta boy, Fantino. You should be ashamed of the shambles being carried out in Caledonia every day. Instead, you award that kind of behaviour. I’m sure all the Caledonian citizens are proud to have a puppet running the show for you.

Dave McLean was on hand in Barrie to accept the award. No word on whether the award was in the shape of Fantino’s hand up another man’s arse.

OPP Finally Lay Charges in Caledonia Protest

The OPP has finally responded properly to illegal protesting and terrorism. Haldimand OPP have made an arrest and laid charges in what they are saying will be the beginning of many in relation to the labour day protests in Caledonia earlier this month. Police say they are sorting through evidence, witness statements, photo and video images from September 1st incidents on the Highway 6 Bypass and Argyle Street. Today, 43 year-old Kenneth Greene was arrested and handed 14 charges including 4 counts of assault with a weapon and three counts of uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm. Greene is currently being held for a bail hearing.
This comes on the heels of Gary McHale’s entrance into the national election stage, and only after revelations surfaced about OPP boss Julian Fantino has been intimidating Haldimand Council, Haldimand’s mayor Marie Trainer, and even Haldimand-Norfolk MPP Toby Barrett, over the past year. This blog finds a strange coincidence between the entrance of McHale into the race and the sudden interest to “show” the OPP are doing their jobs in Caledonia.

UPDATE: A Powless was also arrested? What?!?!?! I Wonder if Clyde said it was okay. OPP say 19 year old Byron Powless, of Ohsweken, was involved in the Highway 6 by-pass blockade from April 26-29 of this year. He is charged with Mischief and disguise with intent.

Fantino: Not My Job to Settle Claims

Ontario Provincial Police Commissioner Julian Fantino says it’s not the job of the OPP to settle land claim disputes but rather the Governments. Fantino was in Brantford yesterday for the first time since the temporary injunction barring protests at construction sites was implemented. While speaking to the Brantford Rotary Club, Fantino was asked by a local developer when she could return to work. He said politicians have to take some significant action to solve land claims, and until they do, there will continue to be protests and disputes.

But here’s the thing Fantino — it IS your job to enforce the law. And since you were so quick to remove the white people off Highway 6 this past labour day, and left the natives on the road for hours, we know who you’re working for.

Reverse racism is in full effect in Ontario. The law only applies to “the white man.”

Looks like the natives are Once Again breaking the law, and the OPP are letting them do it.
These latest pics from Caledonia show again the OPP and Dalton McGuinty are doing nothing to stop this madness. Apparently it stems from Brantford Police arresting some Six Nations youth this morning.

Here’s the latest from Caledonia Wake Up Call, who is on the scene:

10:10 am: While I was out on the roadway, the crap being thrown off the overpass on HWY 6 bypass has begun again as heard over the police car radio… occuring often too. Also, a non native woman was forcably removed from her car by protesters when she tried to go around the baricade, her car was kicked and beat on while she was restrained by the native protesters, all under the watchful eye of the OPP… who again did nothing to help.

12:12 pm: Situation at 6th line and bypass – 50 Native Protesters have gathered. – burning tires and throwing garbage. ART & MELT and Six Nation Police are by 6th line. Firetrucks turned back due to debris thrown from overpass.

12:30 pm: Clyde Powless, Floyd and Ruby Montour (the same criminals who are always leading and who the OPP and Crown refuse to place any travel restrictions on) are at DCE as the number of Native Protesters is increasing. They attempt to approach the Canadian Tire but turned back. Maybe the OPP and Crown is can explain why the very people who are repeatedly involved in criminal behaviour are NEVER given travel restrictions?

1:43 pm: Native Protesters have removed the Hydro tower. Residents have blocked the Highway and demanding that the new Act. Insp. Rigby show up and speak to them.

2:36 pm: OPP has made there first arrest – A Caledonian resident was arrested – so far, no Natives have been arrested.

3:24 pm: Act. Insp. Rigby has just appeared to speak to residents at the Canadian Tire Parking lot.

3:53 – Native Protesters are demanding the police release Natives who were arrested in Brantford before they will stop their protest in Caledonia.

4:22 – OPP are not allowing anyone down Argyle St. unless they are shopping at the smoke shop. If you want to buy illegal smokes the OPP will allow you past. Natives have surrounded Dana and Dave’s home in Caledonia – Mayor Marie Trainer is trying to arrange a place for them to stay the night.

Seriously, what. the. fuck. Arrest them all, don’t just stick with the youth.

An official latter from Toby Barrett, the MPP for Haldimand-Norfolk

Simcoe – This week media and others have contacted my office about attempts to intimidate with respect to my work on land dispute issues throughout the former Haldimand Tract.

As those involved will know, intimidation has been one of the strategies attempted by a number of players over the past two-and-a-half years – ask anyone living adjacent to Douglas Creek Estates.

As for me: Have attempts been made? The answer is yes. Did they work? The answer is no.

To be more specific, here are some examples: Did I receive a native eviction notice at my home? Yes. Did I receive a letter criticizing me from OPP Commissioner Julian Fantino? Yes. Did I receive a subpoena to appear in court last Christmas Eve from Gary McHale? Yes. Have I been named in a $250 billion native lawsuit? Yes.

Are these attempts to intimidate? You be the judge. As for me, I have a job to do and was given a significant mandate last fall to keep doing it. I have only one agenda – the agenda of the 100,000 people I represent – I don’t march to any other agenda. Threats don’t change that.

People not from our area eventually find that attempts to intimidate do not work down here. I commenced this summer with a record number of demands for answers on the land dispute file. And my colleagues and I will go right back at it once McGuinty reconvenes the Legislature.

To conclude, as MPP for the area I work for all – not the bidding of a few. Intimidation does not work with me – any rumour to the contrary has about as much credibility as the one I’m running in the federal election.

With the City of Brantford and Brantford Police actually willing to enforce the law, the terrorist protestors in charge of HDI and the Caledonia situation once again turned to violence, punching an officer with his friends around him and running like a pussy. But are you surprised? These are the same people who sit with guns on the Caledonia land site and have been intimidating citizens and keeping Dalton McChicken and his wimpy sidekick, Julian Fantino, on the sidelines looking like complete tards while they attempt to dictate the agenda.

When local citizens have finally had enough terrorism and say something, the police go against the citizens, not the terrorists. At least in Caledonia. In Brantford, Brantford Police have finally dispensed some justice yesterday. 38 year old Dwayne Scott Maracle is charged with assault, resisting arrest, obstructing police, and mischief in relation to the protest above. The Pussy Protestor who punched the officer is still being sought.

Just another example of how the Ontario Liberals and the Ontario Provincial Police are protecting the terrorists:

Lets just make note here. Clyde Powless is the guy who assaulted OPP officers when he attempted to turn a peaceful protest into violence on December 1, 2007. The province declined to file charges, probably because the Crown is full of a bunch of pussy pantywaists who are towing Dalton McChicken’s direction.

But look who else is there? Floyd Montour, the man accused of terrorizing development sites in Brantford. So the head of the provincial police force is glad-handing with a police beater and a terrorist? No wonder Brantford mayor Mike Hancock asked for the Armed Forces to be his back up, cause clearly the OPP have no backbone.
