A freezing rain warning has been issued for Brantford, Brant, Simcoe, Delhi, Norfolk, Tillsonburg, Oxford, Woodstock, Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, and Southern Ontario. Snow changing to freezing rain tonight and overnight.
