What the Fuck is Goin on in Caledonia, Again?

Looks like the natives are Once Again breaking the law, and the OPP are letting them do it.
These latest pics from Caledonia show again the OPP and Dalton McGuinty are doing nothing to stop this madness. Apparently it stems from Brantford Police arresting some Six Nations youth this morning.

Here’s the latest from Caledonia Wake Up Call, who is on the scene:

10:10 am: While I was out on the roadway, the crap being thrown off the overpass on HWY 6 bypass has begun again as heard over the police car radio… occuring often too. Also, a non native woman was forcably removed from her car by protesters when she tried to go around the baricade, her car was kicked and beat on while she was restrained by the native protesters, all under the watchful eye of the OPP… who again did nothing to help.

12:12 pm: Situation at 6th line and bypass – 50 Native Protesters have gathered. – burning tires and throwing garbage. ART & MELT and Six Nation Police are by 6th line. Firetrucks turned back due to debris thrown from overpass.

12:30 pm: Clyde Powless, Floyd and Ruby Montour (the same criminals who are always leading and who the OPP and Crown refuse to place any travel restrictions on) are at DCE as the number of Native Protesters is increasing. They attempt to approach the Canadian Tire but turned back. Maybe the OPP and Crown is can explain why the very people who are repeatedly involved in criminal behaviour are NEVER given travel restrictions?

1:43 pm: Native Protesters have removed the Hydro tower. Residents have blocked the Highway and demanding that the new Act. Insp. Rigby show up and speak to them.

2:36 pm: OPP has made there first arrest – A Caledonian resident was arrested – so far, no Natives have been arrested.

3:24 pm: Act. Insp. Rigby has just appeared to speak to residents at the Canadian Tire Parking lot.

3:53 – Native Protesters are demanding the police release Natives who were arrested in Brantford before they will stop their protest in Caledonia.

4:22 – OPP are not allowing anyone down Argyle St. unless they are shopping at the smoke shop. If you want to buy illegal smokes the OPP will allow you past. Natives have surrounded Dana and Dave’s home in Caledonia – Mayor Marie Trainer is trying to arrange a place for them to stay the night.

Seriously, what. the. fuck. Arrest them all, don’t just stick with the youth.

Natives Not Even Interested in Protecting the River “They Own”

The Grand River Conservation Authority got into a row with the HDI terrorists, who claim to speak for Six Nations over, apparently, putting two gauges on the river without their approval. Hazel Hill, of the Haudenosaunee Development Institute, says the authority is “proceeding illegally” by installing river gauges in Kitchener and Haldimand County to monitor water quality. The head of the authority says it will not submit applications to the agency after Ontario said it lacks status in law.

Brantford Keeps the Pressure on the Terrorists

The city of Brantford is stepping up its legal action against native terrorists in their backyard. The city has asked for eight protestors to be found in contempt of court – saying they breached an injunction that prohibits protests at city development sites. Documents filed in court claim the breach happened in the city’s business park between July 7th and 14th. During that time, the HDI terrorists shut down work on two construction sites. The city is asking the court to jail or fine those in violation – they also want punitive damages. The case is expected to be heard August 15th.

Brantford takes on the Terrorists December 22

Six Nations Lawyers have agreed to dates in December to hear Brantford’s push for a permanent injunction. The city filed for a permanent injunction against the HDI squatters on developing properties back in May, and was turned down in favour of a temporary injunction instead. A lawyer representing Haudenosaunee Development Institute, Lou Strezos, says the decision for a hearing was based on a favourable decision in similar situation in Frontenac County. The hearing for the permanent injunction has been set for December 22nd and 23rd. However, Strezos says they will look to move those dates forward, if possible.
And let’s hope they move them up so we don’t have to see more of this:

That said, every terrorist needs to be arrested.

More Caledonia II Coverage

Brantford Developers are already caving because they’ve decided that doing business with terrorists is okay. Since the native terrorists aren’t moving, they’ve decided to go the pussy route.
Of course, the province has already decided that they will do nothing, and I haven’t seen the RCMP or the military roll into Brantford yet, so…. so far the violence terrorist Steve Powless is advocating is working.
Mayor Mike, don’t let Brantford be the next Caledonia. When the natives get restless, arrest them. Charge them, send them to jail, and show the community you’re not going to let terrorists rule Brantford like they rule Caledonia still to this day. When citizens live in fear of violence, when the growth of the city lies in the hands of extortionists looking for money, the terrorists win.

UPDATE: Maracle is re-arrested for outstanding warrants. These are the people you want to negotiate with? Fuck that.

Caledonia Part II: Coming to Brantford

With the City of Brantford and Brantford Police actually willing to enforce the law, the terrorist protestors in charge of HDI and the Caledonia situation once again turned to violence, punching an officer with his friends around him and running like a pussy. But are you surprised? These are the same people who sit with guns on the Caledonia land site and have been intimidating citizens and keeping Dalton McChicken and his wimpy sidekick, Julian Fantino, on the sidelines looking like complete tards while they attempt to dictate the agenda.

When local citizens have finally had enough terrorism and say something, the police go against the citizens, not the terrorists. At least in Caledonia. In Brantford, Brantford Police have finally dispensed some justice yesterday. 38 year old Dwayne Scott Maracle is charged with assault, resisting arrest, obstructing police, and mischief in relation to the protest above. The Pussy Protestor who punched the officer is still being sought.

Brantford Granted Temporary Injunction Against Protesters

Superior Court Judge Gerald Taylor issued a temporary injunction yesterday preventing protesters and the HDI terrorists from blocking construction sites around Brantford. Saying his ruling is designed to prevent “irreparable harm” to the city, Taylor notes that Brantford “must be able to control development on lands within its jurisdiction.” The court must still rule on a permanent injunction. Mayor Mike Hancock hopes the order is respected. Clive Garlow, one of the accused of terrorizing sites on behalf of HDI, says a temporary injunction against demonstrating at construction sites in Brantford could raise tensions in the city and could raise the risk of violent confrontation.

Hey, Uh Fantino. WTF Are You Doing?

Just another example of how the Ontario Liberals and the Ontario Provincial Police are protecting the terrorists:

Julian Fantino with Cop Assaulter Clyde Powless and HDI Terrorist Floyd Montour

Lets just make note here. Clyde Powless is the guy who assaulted OPP officers when he attempted to turn a peaceful protest into violence on December 1, 2007. The province declined to file charges, probably because the Crown is full of a bunch of pussy pantywaists who are towing Dalton McChicken’s direction.

But look who else is there? Floyd Montour, the man accused of terrorizing development sites in Brantford. So the head of the provincial police force is glad-handing with a police beater and a terrorist? No wonder Brantford mayor Mike Hancock asked for the Armed Forces to be his back up, cause clearly the OPP have no backbone.

Native Terrorists To Protest Outside Court

While City of Brantford lawyers stand up for their community in court today, native protesters, aboriginals, non-natives, and some members who have been accused of terrorist acts in both Caledonia and Brantford will be rallying in a park across the street.
Coming are supporters of Floyd and Ruby Montour, leaders of an activist terrorist group that has been shutting down work at construction sites across the city and are the focus of the city injunction going before the court.
The protests will take place around a statue to Mohawk chief Joseph Brant, who set up Six Nations after an alliance with the British in the American War of Independence.
Aboriginal organizers say they are committed to supporting a peaceful protest and want nothing to do with violence.
