Wanton Endangerment Charges Filed For Apple Cider Prank?

In Kentucky, a person is guilty of wanton endangerment in the first degree when, under circumstances manifesting extreme indifference to the value of human life, he wantonly engages in conduct which creates a substantial danger of death or serious physical injury to another.
The various degrees of endangerment differ depending upon the state in which the crime takes place. Similarly, the amount of jail time someone receives if convicted would vary tremendously, not just by jurisdiction, but depending upon the criminal record of the perpetrator.
In Kentucky there are several degrees of wanton endangerment. First degree wanton endangerment is a class D felony in Kentucky, whereas second degree wanton endangerment is a class A misdemeanor.

TheSmokingGun has more on one of the PrankNet higher-ups, and surprise, surprise, he is a child molester as well.

Tyler Markle, 18, was originally written up as a closet homosexual who frequented a local gay bar, despite making homophobic rants and angrily telling people to sodomize themselves with chair legs. Now TSG has some more details of Markle, where he was convicted of raping a minor. Details in the link, as well as supporting documents. Markle was released in December 2007.

Nationally known Web site TheSmokingGun.com posted the photo on the left, identifying the man as 18-year-old Tyler Markle, of Diboll, in a story alleging he is involved in a series of damaging Internet phone pranks through the Windsor, Ontario based site Pranknet.org. That image and the Facebook profile photo of James Tyler Markle, 18, of Diboll, both appear on recovered pages of what is allegedly Markle’s now closed MySpace site where he identifies himself as ‘PrAnKsTeR04 PrankNET Pranker.’

Markle has not been charged with any crimes. He is a “person of interest” in a Lufkin Police investigation into a recent phone prank incident at a McDonald’s restaurant very similar to another prank with which he is alleged to have been involved. Lufkin Police learned of the story Tuesday night, and would be looking at the case to see if there is any connection to Pranknet. This is much like the statement Windsor Police used in yesterday’s CBC story, that they will be looking into Pranknet now that the media has brought this to their attention.

So how come Tariq Malik wont come out now that he’s got his international fame? It’s funny that the internet tough guy, known online as “dex,” wont leave his bedroom for a word with reporters, not even CBET (CBC Windsor) reporters. William Marquis (Hempster), didn’t seem to want to answer CBC reporters either.

Come on guys, isn’t this what you wanted? Fame? To be noticed? To “make the news?” Enjoy your 15 minutes of infamy, kids.

On Dex:

The notorious Internet Tough Guy, who has gleefully used the telephone to cause all kinds of havoc, was now himself panicking. He had been found. And, as a result, was barricaded in Pranknet World Headquarters with his mom, while two reporters loitered outside his window and curious neighbors wondered what was up.

On Hempster:

During an interview, Marquis, who told TSG that his “conscience is clear,” lied about his criminal record and the extent of his involvement with Pranknet. Asked about his relationship with Malik, Marquis said, “There is no relationship,” adding that he had no contact with the Pranknet founder. He also denied giving Malik money or paying for Pranknet expenses like Skype accounts.

However, Marquis’s claim that he is not in contact with Malik is belied by TSG’s own computer server logs. Records indicate that Malik immediately shared with Marquis the addresses of stories about Pranknet that appeared on TSG. The stories, which each carried a distinctive url that was created solely for Malik’s viewing, were first provided to the Pranknet founder in e-mails sent to his Gmail account (axis.r9@gmail.com). On three occasions over the last six weeks, within minutes of Malik clicking a link (which recorded his IP address in Windsor), Marquis also looked at the story, resulting in his Scarborough IP being memorialized on TSG’s servers.

When confronted with this strange coincidence, Marquis could offer little beyond, “Hmmmm.”

The Dex posts were made private after myself, my parents, and the radio station suffered 10 weeks of phone harassment, calling of neighbours, in town pizza places, and when that didn’t work, a week of DoS (Denial of Service) attacks. When I was approached by my cable company about the internet terrorism that occurred, I relented and made a deal with Dex to pull the posts in exchange for the end to the harassment.

OPP Finally Lay Charges in Caledonia Protest

The OPP has finally responded properly to illegal protesting and terrorism. Haldimand OPP have made an arrest and laid charges in what they are saying will be the beginning of many in relation to the labour day protests in Caledonia earlier this month. Police say they are sorting through evidence, witness statements, photo and video images from September 1st incidents on the Highway 6 Bypass and Argyle Street. Today, 43 year-old Kenneth Greene was arrested and handed 14 charges including 4 counts of assault with a weapon and three counts of uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm. Greene is currently being held for a bail hearing.
This comes on the heels of Gary McHale’s entrance into the national election stage, and only after revelations surfaced about OPP boss Julian Fantino has been intimidating Haldimand Council, Haldimand’s mayor Marie Trainer, and even Haldimand-Norfolk MPP Toby Barrett, over the past year. This blog finds a strange coincidence between the entrance of McHale into the race and the sudden interest to “show” the OPP are doing their jobs in Caledonia.

UPDATE: A Powless was also arrested? What?!?!?! I Wonder if Clyde said it was okay. OPP say 19 year old Byron Powless, of Ohsweken, was involved in the Highway 6 by-pass blockade from April 26-29 of this year. He is charged with Mischief and disguise with intent.

Fantino: Not My Job to Settle Claims

Ontario Provincial Police Commissioner Julian Fantino says it’s not the job of the OPP to settle land claim disputes but rather the Governments. Fantino was in Brantford yesterday for the first time since the temporary injunction barring protests at construction sites was implemented. While speaking to the Brantford Rotary Club, Fantino was asked by a local developer when she could return to work. He said politicians have to take some significant action to solve land claims, and until they do, there will continue to be protests and disputes.

But here’s the thing Fantino — it IS your job to enforce the law. And since you were so quick to remove the white people off Highway 6 this past labour day, and left the natives on the road for hours, we know who you’re working for.

Reverse racism is in full effect in Ontario. The law only applies to “the white man.”

Looks like the natives are Once Again breaking the law, and the OPP are letting them do it.
These latest pics from Caledonia show again the OPP and Dalton McGuinty are doing nothing to stop this madness. Apparently it stems from Brantford Police arresting some Six Nations youth this morning.

Here’s the latest from Caledonia Wake Up Call, who is on the scene:

10:10 am: While I was out on the roadway, the crap being thrown off the overpass on HWY 6 bypass has begun again as heard over the police car radio… occuring often too. Also, a non native woman was forcably removed from her car by protesters when she tried to go around the baricade, her car was kicked and beat on while she was restrained by the native protesters, all under the watchful eye of the OPP… who again did nothing to help.

12:12 pm: Situation at 6th line and bypass – 50 Native Protesters have gathered. – burning tires and throwing garbage. ART & MELT and Six Nation Police are by 6th line. Firetrucks turned back due to debris thrown from overpass.

12:30 pm: Clyde Powless, Floyd and Ruby Montour (the same criminals who are always leading and who the OPP and Crown refuse to place any travel restrictions on) are at DCE as the number of Native Protesters is increasing. They attempt to approach the Canadian Tire but turned back. Maybe the OPP and Crown is can explain why the very people who are repeatedly involved in criminal behaviour are NEVER given travel restrictions?

1:43 pm: Native Protesters have removed the Hydro tower. Residents have blocked the Highway and demanding that the new Act. Insp. Rigby show up and speak to them.

2:36 pm: OPP has made there first arrest – A Caledonian resident was arrested – so far, no Natives have been arrested.

3:24 pm: Act. Insp. Rigby has just appeared to speak to residents at the Canadian Tire Parking lot.

3:53 – Native Protesters are demanding the police release Natives who were arrested in Brantford before they will stop their protest in Caledonia.

4:22 – OPP are not allowing anyone down Argyle St. unless they are shopping at the smoke shop. If you want to buy illegal smokes the OPP will allow you past. Natives have surrounded Dana and Dave’s home in Caledonia – Mayor Marie Trainer is trying to arrange a place for them to stay the night.

Seriously, what. the. fuck. Arrest them all, don’t just stick with the youth.

Natives Not Even Interested in Protecting the River “They Own”

The Grand River Conservation Authority got into a row with the HDI terrorists, who claim to speak for Six Nations over, apparently, putting two gauges on the river without their approval. Hazel Hill, of the Haudenosaunee Development Institute, says the authority is “proceeding illegally” by installing river gauges in Kitchener and Haldimand County to monitor water quality. The head of the authority says it will not submit applications to the agency after Ontario said it lacks status in law.

The city of Brantford is stepping up its legal action against native terrorists in their backyard. The city has asked for eight protestors to be found in contempt of court – saying they breached an injunction that prohibits protests at city development sites. Documents filed in court claim the breach happened in the city’s business park between July 7th and 14th. During that time, the HDI terrorists shut down work on two construction sites. The city is asking the court to jail or fine those in violation – they also want punitive damages. The case is expected to be heard August 15th.
